On the occasion of National Sports Day, Sister Dipti from Global Cooperation House attended the reception hosted at the High Commission of India, London, in the esteemed presence of Mr. Harsh Sanghavi, Minister of Sports & Youth Services, Government of Gujarat.

The delegation led by Mr. Sanghavi is submitting India’s proposal to host the 2030 Commonwealth Games in Ahmedabad, marking the Centenary edition of the Games.

Sister Dipti was accompanied by enthusiastic youth group members of Brahma Kumaris UK – Sister Polina, Brother Raghav, and Brother Somveer – and received a warm welcome from His Excellency Mr. Vikram Doraiswami and Mr. Deepak Choudhury.

During the interaction, Minister (Sports), Gujarat Govt Mr. Harsh Sanghavi shared his fond connection with the Brahma Kumaris Centre in Ahmedabad and expressed his keen interest in visiting Global Cooperation House on his forthcoming trip to London.

The event provided a beautiful opportunity to connect, share, and extend support to India’s vision for sports and youth empowerment on a global stage, highlighting the values of unity, discipline, and positive action that align closely with the teachings of the Brahma Kumaris.
