Message from the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi
“It is heartening to know that the Brahma Kumaris are celebrating Navdashkotsav, marking 90 years of service, along with the Global Summit 2026, at Mount Abu, Rajasthan. Warm greetings and best wishes to the entire Brahma Kumaris family on the special occasion.
The theme of the Global Summit, ‘Spiritual Awakening for World Renewal’, highlights a vital dimension of human progress. India's civilisational wisdom has long recognised that the quality of our inner life shapes the world we create around us. Our thoughts influence our conduct, our relationships and the choices we make as humans. Thus, peace within us is important to build a world rooted in understanding and mutual respect.
For nine decades, the Brahma Kumaris have worked to bring this understanding into people's lives through meditation and self-transformation. They have also extended their work beyond personal spiritual growth to address wider social concerns, including Nasha Mukti, environmental protection, road safety and youth empowerment. Their work shows how spiritual growth can inspire people to serve society.
Brahma Kumaris' journey also stands as an excellent example of Nari Shakti. Our sisters have led the organisation at the grassroots, demonstrating how conviction and a commitment to service can bring positive change in society. Best wishes to the Brahma Kumaris family for the success of Navdashkotsav and Global Summit 2026. May this milestone inspire the organisation to carry its message to more people. May the discussions at the Global Summit contribute to a world where inner peace finds expression in the way we live.”
