In a meaningful collaboration with Deloitte India, the KalpTaruh environmental initiative was successfully conducted at Shanti Sarovar, Hyderabad, as part of Deloitte India Impact Day. The programme reflected a harmonious blend of environmental responsibility, inner well-being, and collective service.
The event was graciously coordinated by BK Vasantha Didiji, along with BK Vamsi Bhaiji and BK Ramakrishna Bhaiji. A total of 164 enthusiastic volunteers actively participated, demonstrating deep commitment towards nature care and sustainable living.
The programme commenced with Plantation and Tree-Naming, where participants planted saplings and personally named them, fostering a sense of responsibility and long-term care for the environment. This was followed by a silent nature walk across the serene campus, allowing participants to absorb tranquility and reconnect with nature.
To ensure physical nourishment, refreshing juice was distributed to all participants. A special Silencing the Mind session was conducted, offering practical spiritual tools and techniques for mental clarity, inner peace, and emotional balance, which was deeply appreciated by the participants.
The KalpTaruh initiative once again stood as a powerful reminder of Brahma Kumaris’ commitment to environmental sustainability combined with spiritual empowerment, making the event both impactful and inspiring for all those involved.
