A series of awareness programs were successfully organized at Government Primary School Kookra, Village Kaimadih, Village Khamaria, and Village Satnami Mahala under the vision of building a drug-free and spiritually empowered India.
In these programs, children were enlightened about various kinds of addictions and guided on how to prevent themselves from such harmful substances. Participants were motivated to adopt meditation practices and healthy lifestyle habits to achieve better physical and mental health. One of the highlights was the pledge taken by children to remain free from addiction throughout their lives.
The sessions created awareness about the mental, physical, social, economic, and moral disorders caused by drug abuse through meaningful dialogue with the participants. It was collectively concluded that the main root cause of drug addiction is the growing stress and imbalance in human lives, and the most effective remedy lies in spiritual empowerment. By awakening individuals to their inner strengths and infinite potential, every person can play a significant role in uplifting society and taking the dignity of India to greater heights.
The core objective of these programs was to inspire the young generation to realize their hidden talents and use them for constructive purposes. Children were encouraged to stay free from both drug and mobile addiction so that they can contribute positively towards building a healthy and beautiful society.
At Village Khamaria, participants were guided to adopt a lifestyle based on meditation and discipline, with a special emphasis on the idea that transformation must begin with the self. At Village Satnami Mahala, the campaign emphasized collective responsibility under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, where youth pledged to remain drug-free and help their families, friends, and communities do the same.
Senior Sisters and Brothers of the Brahma Kumaris shared inspiring messages during the events. They emphasized, “Only through meditation can the soul become truly strong and free from all weaknesses. When the mind is empowered with peace and purity, addictions automatically lose their hold.” Another message that resonated deeply with the youth was, “The youth are the pillars of tomorrow. By remaining addiction-free and values-oriented, they can build a society that reflects truth, respect, and harmony.”
The program reaffirmed that youth are the true energy of any nation, and their power plays a crucial role in the development of society and the country. Hence, maximum participation of youth in the Drug-Free India campaign was encouraged, with a strong resolve to build a society filled with self-respect, values, and spiritual strength.
