A Stress Management program was organized on 21 November 2025 with BK Muthukumar as the keynote speaker. The session focused on practical techniques for inner calm, emotional balance, and strengthening the mind through spiritual awareness. Participants were guided on how to handle day-to-day pressures by adopting a positive mindset and incorporating simple Rajyoga practices into their routine.
The event was graced by Mr. Dhayalan, Manager, Chennai Avadi, who appreciated the initiative and encouraged attendees to apply these stress-relief methods in both personal and professional life. His presence added motivation and support to the program.
