"I Don’t Have Time to Meditate..."
Does that feel familiar? We often spend our hours rushing from one task to the next, only to end the day feeling exhausted and overwhelmed.
This short movie reflects our daily life through a simple image—people shown as light bulbs. Just like bulbs slowly lose their brightness, we too get discharged by everyday pressures—work, responsibilities, constant thinking, and interactions.
We often try to feel better by staying busy or connecting with others, but that recharge doesn’t always last. Through this simple thought, the movie gently creates a space to reflect on where our true recharge might really come from.
Because sometimes, what we need most is not more time—but the right connection.
