“When you feel confused by someone's behavior, influenced by others' opinions, or pressured to make a decision, practice this meditation to regain clarity and inner stability.”
This guided meditation helps you cultivate the power of discernment by becoming a peaceful, detached observer of people and situations. By connecting with the Supreme Soul, the ocean of peace and love, you can develop greater clarity, understand different perspectives, and recognize the difference between what people say and what their behavior reveals. It encourages you to pause before reacting, observe without judging, and make decisions based on inner wisdom rather than pressure or influence.
It helps you remain peaceful during criticism and misunderstandings, resist outside influences, and respond with clarity, compassion, and inner stability.

Om Shanti.
Take a slow, deep breath in and breathe out. Relax. Bring your awareness to the center of your forehead, the space between your eyebrows. Visualize yourself as a tiny, sparkling point of light, a radiant soul peacefully seated in the center of your forehead.
I am a peaceful soul. I am the one who operates this instrument, the body. Feel this awareness deeply: I am a point of divine light driving this body—silent, stable, detached, and peaceful.
Now, gently connect yourself with the Supreme Soul, the ocean of peace, the ocean of love. Experience God's pure vibrations filling your mind with clarity.
Today, I awaken a divine power within me: the power to discern. I become a peaceful observer, a detached observer. I look at people and situations without immediately reacting. I observe their behavior. I understand their nature. I recognize their differences and scars.
Every soul has a different journey, different experiences, different patterns, and different ways of responding. I don't need to judge anyone. I simply observe, understand, and remain stable.
When someone's behavior is difficult, I don't immediately label them as good or bad. I pause, I observe, and I discern. I ask myself, "What is the right response in this situation?" Not what people will think, not what will make everyone happy, but what is the right action for me.
I don't come under influence. I don't come under pressure. I don't allow someone's opinion to control my decision. I remain connected with my inner wisdom and with the Supreme Soul.
I understand the difference between what someone says and what their behavior reveals. I observe, I understand, and I choose wisely.
Now, bring to your mind a situation where you felt confused because of someone's behavior. Perhaps there was criticism. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding. Perhaps someone influenced you against another person. Take a moment, become completely peaceful, and observe the situation as a detached observer.
I don't immediately believe everything I hear. I don't immediately reject everything I hear. I use my power to discern. I check, I understand, and I remain balanced. Then, I choose the right action.
I remind myself that I can understand someone without becoming influenced by them. I can remain loving and still be discerning. I can remain compassionate and still make a wise decision. I can see the goodness in every soul and still recognize what is not right.
This is not judgment. This is awareness. This is wisdom. This is my inner power.
Now, feel this power becoming stronger within you. My mind is calm. My intellect is clear. My vision is pure. I am not influenced by praise. I am not disturbed by criticism. I am not controlled by pressure. I remain stable in my own truth.
The Supreme Soul, my dear God, is my source of wisdom. With this connection, I can discern what is right, what is necessary, and what is beneficial.
I choose my actions consciously. With the power of discernment, I do not allow false perceptions to disturb my peace. I see clearly, I understand deeply, and I act wisely.
Whenever I feel confused, I pause. Whenever I feel influenced, I return to my inner stability. Whenever there is misunderstanding, I choose clarity.
Before every important action, I ask myself, "Is this the right action for me and for others?" I listen to my inner wisdom. I connect with the Supreme. Then, I choose the right karma.
I am Shakti. I have the power to discern. My mind is peaceful. My vision is clear. My decisions are wise. I am Shakti.
Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti.
