“When you feel disturbed by others' emotions, reactions, or behaviors, practice this meditation to detach from negativity and reconnect with your inner peace.”
This meditation helps you reconnect with your true nature of purity, peace, and power. By practicing the power of withdrawal, you learn to observe others' thoughts and emotions without absorbing their energy, allowing you to remain detached and peaceful even when the world around you feels noisy.
It encourages you to release the habits of anger, control, and criticism while developing the ability to respond with love and stability. Through inner silence and connection with God, you can return to your relationships with greater purity, power, and peace.

Om Shanti.
Take a gentle breath in and slowly breathe out. Allow your body to relax. Let your attention turn inward.
I gently remind myself that I am a peaceful soul. I look within myself, at the center of my forehead. I feel inside my head. I am a tiny little star.
I withdraw my attention from the energy of people around me. I do not have to absorb every thought, every emotion, or every reaction. I remain detached. Like a lotus, I live in the world yet remain untouched by its vibrations.
Now I gently withdraw from my old patterns of reacting—the habit of becoming angry, the habit of controlling, and the habit of criticizing. I observe them without judgement. I have the power to choose my response.
I silence the unnecessary thoughts of my mind. In this silence, I connect with my inner divinity. I experience my true nature—purity, peace, and power.
I visualize myself as a radiant point of golden light, a peaceful soul connected with the Supreme Source of All Powers. I feel God's power around me. I am stable. I am powerful.
Now I bring to my mind a situation where I usually feel disturbed. Instead of reacting, I pause. I withdraw. I return to my inner state of peace.
I remind myself that I am the master of my thoughts. I am the master of my responses. I choose peace, purity, and love.
With the power of withdrawal, I free myself from the need to control others. Everyone has their own journey. I allow others to be who they are.
I release the habit of criticizing. I see the goodness within every soul, and I choose to become an observer, detached yet loving.
Now I gently come back into the scene, but I have returned as a different being, with greater purity, greater power, and greater peace.
I enter every relationship with this inner awareness: I do not need to control, and I do not need to criticize. I simply need to remain stable in my own divine state.
I am a pure soul. I am a peaceful soul. I am a powerful soul.
The power to withdraw is always within me whenever the world becomes noisy. I can return to silence. I can return to peace. I can withdraw and reconnect with my true self.
I withdraw. I become silent. I reconnect. And I return with my purity, power, and peace.
I am a powerful soul.
I am Shakti.
