On 28 December 2025, Hindu Kanya College for Girls, Kapurthala, invited Brahma Kumaris to conduct an enlightening and awareness-oriented session during its NSS Camp. The session focused on the highly relevant theme of Digital Wellness and Self-Detoxification in today’s fast-paced and technology-driven lifestyle.
The session was gracefully conducted by BK Neha, who shared practical insights on maintaining balance in digital usage, managing screen time, and detoxifying the mind from digital overload. She emphasized the importance of self-awareness, mindfulness, and inner silence for maintaining mental clarity and emotional well-being. Through simple explanations and reflective practices, students were guided to understand how conscious living and spiritual tools can help detoxify oneself from stress and digital dependency.
The interactive session proved to be truly eye-opening for the NSS volunteers and students, inspiring them to adopt healthier digital habits and a more balanced way of life. The program was well received and appreciated by the college faculty and participants for its relevance, clarity, and transformative message.
