As part of the school’s efforts to support students’ emotional well-being during the examination period, the Fear to Power Wall Activity was conducted on 5 February 2026 for students of Forms VI to XII at Bawa Lalvani Public School, Kapurthala, under the guidance of Wellness Coach, Sister Neha Behl.
The activity provided students with an opportunity to reflect on their examination-related fears and worries and transform them into more empowering and constructive thoughts. Through practical, reflective and participatory activities, students explored ways to manage exam-related anxiety and approach their studies with greater calm and confidence.
The session included discussions on common examination fears, calm study habits and techniques for managing exam stress. Students also engaged in individual reflection and expressed their thoughts and concerns through written responses.
An interactive sticky-note activity encouraged students to identify and share their ideas, which were brought together on a collaborative visual reflection board. The completed Fear to Power Wall became a collective expression of students’ thoughts, concerns and positive perspectives.
The activity encouraged students to recognise their fears, reflect on them and consciously shift towards calmness, positive thinking and inner strength.
Acknowledge the fear. Transform the thought. Discover your power.
