Brahma Kumaris had the privilege of interacting with enthusiastic youth delegates from the North East Region during the North East NSS Festival, organized by the Sikkim State NSS Cell in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, North East Regional Office, Government of India.
The festival brought together young participants from Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Tripura, and Sikkim, providing a vibrant platform for learning, leadership, and personal development.
As part of the festival, Rajyoga teacher Ganga Chettri conducted an inspiring session on "Power of Positive Thinking." The session highlighted the importance of cultivating positive thoughts, inner resilience, and self-awareness to help young people overcome challenges, manage stress, and contribute positively to society.
The interactive session encouraged participants to adopt a value-based lifestyle and explore the benefits of positive thinking through spiritual wisdom and Rajyoga Meditation. The youth responded with enthusiasm, appreciating the practical guidance for developing confidence, emotional balance, and purposeful living.
The programme reflected Brahma Kumaris' continued commitment to empowering young minds through spiritual education and value-based initiatives in collaboration with educational and government institutions.
