In a pioneering step towards enhancing mental wellness in professional environments, the Brahma Kumaris in Vijayawada launched the innovative "Mind Spa" initiative on July 11, 2025, at 11:30 AM. This launch took place during the Plastic Printing Packaging Expo 2025 at the SS Convention Centre, Vijayawada, and marks the first of its kind in Andhra Pradesh.
The "Mind Spa" is a dedicated space designed for working individuals to experience calmness, clarity, and inner recharge amidst their busy schedules. It offers simple, guided mental relaxation practices that can be incorporated right within the workplace environment.
