Karatagi: Community Unites for Water Conservation
The water conservation event held in Karatagi witnessed the felicitation of esteemed guests and dedicated free water suppliers. Guests included Sri Kiran, AE, Irrigation Department Karatagi; Smt. Sahana, AE, Irrigation Department Karatagi; Sri Nagappa LVT, rice mill owner; and Sri Sharanappa J., a free water supplier serving the public. During the program, the importance of water was emphasized, and all participants took a pledge to protect and conserve this vital resource. The initiative benefitted 115 community members, highlighting the collective commitment towards sustainable water usage in the region.
