On 23 November 2025 (Sunday Evening), a special public program was conducted at Prabhu Upvan (Borivali, Mumbai) on the theme “Digital Wellness for Emotional Fitness.” Faculties from the Digital Wellness Team, which included Brother Bala Kishore (VP–Better Living, Searce Technologies, Hyderabad) and Sister BK Vidhatri (Corporate Trainer, ORC, Delhi), were invited for this service.
About 200 participants attended the public program, including enthusiastic participation from school and college students as well as adults.

She explained the purpose of the event and emphasized the importance of addressing digital wellness. She also shared her experiences of witnessing the transition of technology over the years and its impact on human life.
Keynote Session by Brother Bala Kishore
He gave a detailed presentation on Digital Wellness and its connection to Emotional Health. He conducted a few fun activities that made the session more interesting and offered greater clarity on how our thinking works.
Guided Meditation Experience by Sister BK Vidhatri
She briefly explained how to practice meditation and its importance. She then conducted a short guided meditation experience for the audience.
The event was smoothly coordinated by Brother Suvas, ensuring proper flow and discipline throughout the program. It concluded with the distribution of prashad and blessing cards.
Participants expressed a high level of satisfaction, sharing that the program was insightful, timely, and deeply beneficial.
