On April 7, 2026, on the occasion of World Health Day, Jagdamba Bhawan Meditation & Retreat Centre organized a meaningful session focused on mental wellbeing in today’s digital age. The program witnessed the enthusiastic participation of more than 180 individuals, making it a truly impactful gathering.

The session featured renowned motivational speaker BK Shreya, who is also known for her presence on Radio Mirchi’s popular program Recharge Mantra (aired daily from 6 AM to 8 AM). She shared valuable insights on how constant digital exposure is leading to information overload, fast-paced thinking, and emotional imbalance. She gently reminded everyone that our thoughts shape our life, encouraging participants to take charge of their inner world.

Through the practice of Rajyoga Meditation, BK Shreya guided the audience on how to respond instead of react, develop emotional resilience, and maintain inner peace amidst digital distractions and pressures.

The program concluded with a calming guided meditation, leaving all participants feeling empowered, balanced, and inspired to incorporate these practices into their daily lives.

Overall, the session served as a powerful reminder of the importance of mental health and the role of spirituality in achieving a balanced and peaceful life.
