Accept Imperfections And Remain Joyful And Loveful Always

We all write a mental script about how each day in our life should pass. Mostly things go just as we planned, but sometimes, we feel things are not right and as per our positive desires and expectations. The only difference between a good day and a bad day is your attitude and how you see it in your mind.

  1. When things don’t go your way on a particular day, how do you respond? Do you blame yourself or life or other people, finding faults or questioning – Why did it happen? Why me? Who is responsible? When will it get okay? How will it get okay? … and then say it is a bad day? 
  2. Every question that your mind raises depletes your emotional and mental energy. You have the power to accept imperfections in people and situations and still be joyful and loveful. This can happen if you create only one thought instead – What now? What is the best thing I can do? and use your emotional and mental energy to create a positive solution, learn from the situation and see what benefit it can give you in the present or for the future.
  3. Situations and circumstances in health, career, relationships, possessions or finances are temporary and keep changing. How we respond to the everyday changes in them decides if our day is good or not. Everything is as it is meant to be, so accept what happens. Acceptance means keeping your mind stable and working on the situation. Change what you can and bless what you cannot, with your positive energy. 
  4. Meditate daily to remain connected to your nature of peace and joy and experience it constantly. Then, even when your plan does not work, you will remain determined and have the soul power to re-plan and create a new path. When you are free from the baggage of expectations, anxieties and anticipations, everyday becomes beautiful.
