A Brief Historical Perspective
The Brahma Kumaris journey in Texas began in 1975 through small gatherings of spiritual seekers exploring Raja Yoga Meditation. A significant milestone followed in 1977 with the visit of Dadi Prakashmani and the inauguration of the first Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga Meditation Center in the United States at San Antonio. In the years that followed, the service expanded across Texas, giving rise to centers in Houston, Dallas, Austin, and other communities, creating a lasting foundation for spiritual learning .
