how spirituality and regular practice of Rajyoga meditation can empower individuals to move forward with a peaceful, stable and powerful mind. Their reflections highlighted the importance of cultivating inner strength and clarity while fulfilling responsibilities in daily life.
The programme also featured inspiring personalities, including Ritu Phogat, MMA fighter and former wrestler; Rama Shankar Pandey, CEO, Work With Dignity Foundation; and Hitesh Chaudhary, former national cricketer and Chairman, Mary Kom Foundation.
The retreat provided an opportunity for participants to reflect on the connection between inner wellbeing and responsible living. Through meditation, spiritual understanding and meaningful dialogue, the gathering highlighted that true safety and happiness begin within.
