Brahma Kumaris Youth Wing organized the Nasha Mukt Yuva Abhiyan on Saturday, 20th September at Global Peace House, Sector 15A, Chandigarh. The program began with remembering Baba, creating a spiritual atmosphere filled with peace and positivity.
BK Kavita Didi delivered an insightful talk on the harmful effects of drugs, emphasizing how Rajyoga Meditation can serve as a transformative tool to overcome addictions and build inner resilience.
Later, BK Shweta Didi spoke on the Power of Thoughts, highlighting how positive thinking plays a vital role in conquering drug addiction. She also conducted a guided meditation session, enabling participants to experience inner calm, strength, and clarity.
The event concluded with the distribution of holy prasad, leaving the participants inspired to embrace a drug-free lifestyle and spread the message of purity and positivity in society.
