On 2 March 2026, the Brahma Kumaris - Jagdamba Bhawan Meditation and Retreat Centre in Pune had the honor of welcoming the F1 Force Special Commandos for a spiritually enriching session. The event beautifully highlighted that while physical strength is important, it is spiritual power—the power of the soul and connection with the Divine—that truly strengthens and transforms a person.
BK Sheetal led the commandos through a Rajyoga meditation session, guiding them to experience the inner stillness and divine energy within. She shared how connecting with the self and the Supreme through Rajyoga brings clarity of mind, emotional stability, and deep inner resilience. This spiritual practice empowers individuals to remain calm in stressful situations, make balanced decisions, and cultivate a stress-free and harmonious life, both professionally and personally.
The atmosphere in the meditation room was filled with a palpable sense of peace and divine energy. Participants felt the subtle yet powerful vibrations of spiritual strength, realizing that inner power rooted in the soul can enhance courage, focus, and determination in all areas of life.
