10 November 2025, Sambalpur. The peaceful surroundings of Pawan Sarovar came alive with spiritual enthusiasm as the Education Wing of the Brahma Kumaris inaugurated the Faculty Development Training Programme. The event marked a graceful and inspiring start to a transformative journey for educators and faculty members from various institutions.
The training has been designed to help teachers rediscover their inner strength and weave values, self-empowerment, and holistic development into their teaching practices. It emphasizes the idea that education is not only about imparting knowledge but also about nurturing balanced minds and compassionate hearts.
Senior Rajyoga teachers and educationists inspired the participants with their insightful words, reminding that “a true educator is one who teaches not just through words, but through character and inner calm.” The sessions encouraged teachers to explore self-reflection, positive thinking, and the art of value-based living.
Participants experienced Rajyoga meditation sessions that brought moments of silence, clarity, and self-connection — helping them understand how inner peace can become the foundation for effective teaching and leadership. The serene environment of Pawan Sarovar added to the feeling of calmness and collective learning.
The multi-day training program will include sessions on values in education, emotional resilience, stress-free teaching, and mindful leadership, aiming to create educators who lead by example and inspire transformation in others.
The inaugural event concluded with a shared commitment among all participants — to become channels of positivity, guiding students not only toward success but also toward peace, purpose, and moral strength.
