21 June 2026: On the occasion of International Yoga Day, a special Yoga and Rajyoga Meditation session was organized at Anand Vihar, MCL by the BK Sisters of the Brahma Kumaris. The programme created an atmosphere of wellness, positivity, and self-transformation, inspiring participants to experience the deeper dimensions of holistic health and inner peace.
The BK Sisters highlighted the importance of yoga in promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being while introducing the participants to the practice of Rajyoga Meditation.
