On June 11, 2026, Sister Rajni paid a courtesy visit to the Ambassador of India, His Excellency Shri Harsh Kumar Jain, strengthening the ongoing relationship between the Embassy of India and Brahma Kumaris in support of the International Day of Yoga celebrations.
As part of these celebrations, Brahma Kumaris organized an overnight retreat titled “Healthy Mind, Healthy Body” on June 12–13, 2026, at the Brahma Kumaris Retreat Center. The retreat focused on promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through yoga and meditation.
On the morning of June 13, 2026, Mr. Nilesh Rai, First Secretary, and Mr. Madan Gopal, Second Secretary from the Embassy of India, visited the retreat center. During their visit, they met with the retreat participants, interacted with them, and learned about the activities being conducted. They were also served a vegetarian meal and enjoyed a brief tour of the retreat center.
The Embassy representatives were personally invited to attend the UN International Day of Yoga Celebration on June 21, 2026. In support of this upcoming event, the invitation along with the QR code is being re-shared to encourage wider participation.
These activities were part of Brahma Kumaris’ continued support of the International Day of Yoga. Earlier, on May 30, 2026, Sister Rajni conducted a special session titled “Yoga of the Mind for Well-Being,” one of the programs organized in response to the Embassy’s invitation to various yoga institutions to contribute to this global celebration.
The visit and related events highlighted the shared commitment of the Embassy of India and Brahma Kumaris to promoting health, harmony, inner peace, and well-being through the practice of yoga and meditation.
