On 11 December 2025, at Brahma Kumaris at the United Nations, the NGO Committee on Spirituality, Values, and Global Concerns–NY, together with its co-sponsors—the Brahma Kumaris, the Bahá’í International Community, the Legion of Good Will, and the International Federation for Women in Legal Careers—hosted a meaningful and uplifting gathering dedicated to advancing spiritual principles and universal values. These values continue to serve as powerful catalysts for equality, fairness, and compassionate engagement among peoples across the world.

The event emphasized the deep interconnectedness and interdependence that bind all forms of life, reaffirming our shared and collective responsibility toward one another.

Renowned writer and storyteller Ms. Laura Simms led an enriching interactive dialogue, sharing lived stories reflecting profound human dignity. Her narration created a heartfelt and reflective atmosphere, touching the participants deeply.
