On 4 July 2026, BK Tanushree conducted an interactive session on Stress Management and Mental Well-being for the staff at the Nicco Park Back Office. BK Niharika also assisted in conducting the activities, contributing to the smooth and engaging flow of the program.
The session focused on helping participants understand the causes of stress, develop a positive mindset, and learn practical techniques for maintaining emotional balance and mental well-being. Through insightful discussions and interactive activities, the participants were encouraged to reflect on their thoughts, strengthen their inner resilience, and enhance teamwork in an enjoyable and meaningful environment.
The program included engaging exercises that promoted active participation, self-awareness, and team interaction, making the session both informative and impactful. The event concluded with a guided Rajyoga Meditation experience, enabling the participants to experience inner peace, relaxation, and mental clarity while reinforcing the importance of spiritual well-being in daily life.
