On 21 June 2026, 56 Battalion, Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Visakhapatnam, organized a special Yoga Session in association with Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya as part of the activities commemorating International Yoga Day.
The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from the Himveers, who actively engaged in yoga practices and reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining a fit, disciplined, and healthy lifestyle. The programme highlighted the importance of integrating physical fitness with mental and spiritual well-being.
During the programme, the Brahma Kumaris team shared the significance of Rajyoga Meditation, emphasizing that true strength is achieved through the harmonious development of both body and mind. It was explained that Rajyoga Meditation helps cultivate inner peace, clarity, positivity, emotional resilience, and spiritual empowerment, enabling individuals to perform their duties with courage, balance, and excellence.
