A special awareness session on Digital Wellness was organized by the Brahma Kumaris, Vasant Nagar, Nagpur, at Priyadarshani Engineering College on July 18, 2025. The session was conducted by speaker BK Sangam Behn, who shared valuable insights on maintaining balance and well-being in the digital age. The program highlighted the importance of mindful technology use and adopting healthy digital habits for a stress-free lifestyle. Around 70 participants attended the session and benefitted from the practical guidance and spiritual perspectives offered. The initiative was well received and contributed to spreading awareness about nurturing mental peace and positivity in today’s fast-paced, digital-driven world.
