The campaign was conducted from 09 to 28 December 2025 and was launched from Tinsukia, Assam, on 12 December 2025.
The campaign was carried out through two routes and included 25 programmes, covering key locations such as Duliajan, Tinsukia, Tezu, Roing, Pasighat, Kohima, Dimapur, Diphu, and Lumding, among others. Personnel from CRPF, Indian Army, Indian Air Force, CISF, BRO, NHPC, Assam Rifles, ITBP, and State Police Forces were benefited.
A major highlight was a two-hour Self Empowerment programme at the HQ 3 Corps, Dimapur, attended by the First Lady, along with a courtesy meeting with the Hon’ble Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Lt Gen K T Parnaik (Retd), at Raj Bhawan, Itanagar.
The programmes were conducted by dedicated faculties led by Capt (IN) Shiv Singh, Col Sati (Retd), and team members, and approximately 4,000 troops were directly benefited through this noble service initiative.
