Please note:
1. Children below 14 year age will not be allowed to participate.
2. Participants need to carry their own toiletries, water bottles, medicines if any and other personal items.
3. Any type of addictions are not allowed within the campus.
4. The accommodation for Males & Females will be separate.
5. Prefer Dress code: light color and fully covered attire.
6. Please bring your confirmation email with you. In any case if you cannot attend the retreat please do inform us.
7. If you are suffering from any illness/depression please do not participate in the retreat.
8. Bring your yoga mat for yoga and exercise.
