On 15 September 2026, BK Sister Rama, IT Wing Coordinator, Brahma Kumaris Siri Fort Centre, New Delhi, conducted a special session on “Vigilance through Self-Empowerment” as part of RailTel’s Vigilance Awareness Campaign 2026.
The session highlighted the importance of self-awareness, ethical values and inner consciousness in strengthening vigilance in everyday thoughts, actions and decisions. Participants were encouraged to look beyond external rules and compliance and develop greater self-vigilance, integrity and a personal commitment to ethical conduct.
The session emphasized that true vigilance begins within. By cultivating awareness of one’s thoughts, intentions and actions, individuals can make more conscious and value-based decisions in both personal and professional life.
The programme offered an opportunity for participants to reflect on the role of inner empowerment in promoting integrity, responsibility and an ethical work culture.
