On 3 July 2026, Brahma Kumaris, Hari Nagar, Delhi, launched the Mental Health & Wellness Campaign for security personnel across Delhi-NCR. The campaign aims to enhance the mental health, inner strength, emotional resilience, and positive life values of security personnel, enabling them to lead balanced and purpose-driven lives while serving society.
The campaign was inaugurated by Respected Dr. Kiran Bedi Ji, who made the occasion even more memorable by sharing a heartfelt experience of reuniting with Senior Rajyoga Teacher Sister Shukla Ji after nearly 33 years.
She fondly recalled that Sister Shukla Ji had extended invaluable encouragement and positive support during the initial phase of introducing Brahma Kumaris' spiritual discourses and Rajyoga meditation for prisoners in Tihar Jail. She acknowledged the significant role that spiritual values played in bringing hope and positive transformation to the lives of many inmates.
This emotional reunion between Dr. Kiran Bedi Ji and Sister Shukla Ji became a proud and touching moment for the entire Brahma Kumaris family, reflecting the lasting impact of dedicated spiritual service and the enduring relationships built through a shared vision of social transformation.
The launch of the campaign reaffirmed Brahma Kumaris' commitment to promoting holistic well-being through Rajyoga meditation and values-based education, inspiring security personnel to cultivate peace, resilience, and inner empowerment in both their personal and professional lives.
