On 5 March 2026, a meaningful programme was organised in New Delhi where the celebrations continued with a stress management seminar conducted by Brahma Kumaris to help participants develop mental resilience and inner stability. The session focused on simple spiritual principles and positive thinking techniques that help individuals manage stress and maintain a balanced state of mind in their daily lives.
During the seminar, the speakers highlighted the importance of meditation, self-awareness, and maintaining a positive attitude while dealing with professional and personal responsibilities. The participants were encouraged to practice Rajyoga Meditation as a practical method to remain calm, focused, and mentally strong.
On the same occasion, a career counselling session was also organised for the children of RPF and RPSF personnel. The session aimed to guide the young participants in making informed decisions about their future careers. Various career options, the importance of education, and the need to develop values and confidence were discussed to inspire the students to work towards their goals with determination.
