On the occasion of promoting Spiritual Empowerment for a Clean & Healthy Society, a special session on Mental Well-Being was organized at the State Labour Institute, Government of West Bengal, Kankurgachi, Kolkata. The event took place at the institute premises located on Manicktala Main Road, and The program was coordinated by the Kolkata Kankurgachi Brahma Kumaris Centre
The program was graced by BK Usha Behan, who conducted the insightful session, sharing spiritual perspectives on nurturing a healthy mind and empowering oneself for overall well-being. The session was followed by a guided meditation, offering participants a practical experience of inner peace and relaxation.
Assistant Director Sister Joyeeta Saha, along with other officers from the institute, also attended and appreciated the initiative. BK Puja and other participants contributed to making the session interactive and meaningful.
The program benefitted around 45 participants, who gained valuable understanding of how spirituality can support mental health and contribute to building a clean and healthy society..
