On 14 December 2025, National Energy Conservation Day was observed across the country to create awareness about the importance of energy efficiency and energy conservation, and to encourage citizens to adopt energy-saving practices for a sustainable future.
A moment of pride was marked under the 35th National Energy Conservation Awards (NECA) 2025, as Brahma Kumaris – Jagdamba Bhavan, Pune was selected at the national level for the First Prize, recognizing its exemplary contribution in the field of energy conservation.
On this auspicious occasion, today, 14 December 2025, Her Excellency the President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu Ji, felicitated Brahma Kumari Sunanda Didiji at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi, during a prestigious award ceremony organized by the Ministry of Power, Government of India.
This national recognition reflects the sustained and dedicated efforts of Brahma Kumaris towards promoting responsible energy use and environmental stewardship.
