A Bangalore Professional’s Path to Inner Peace

Hi, my name is Aishwarya Arun. I’m from Bangalore. I did my engineering. I used to work in a networking company, and after I had my daughter, I went through certain situations in my life, and during that time, this journey—spiritual journey—got me to experience happiness and everything from the inside without being dependent on what external reasons are there. And that also gave me an opportunity to come to this retreat.

Since I have come here, it has always been happy and very serene, and it’s made me realize that there are things in life which are greater than what small, small things we face in our life, and we need not break our head for small, small things. So we can also use this knowledge, what we’re getting from spirituality, in our daily lives and how we can impart it in our personal life or work life or anything like that. A very simple way of leading life is what I have learned after coming here.

And I would like to say that it’s a very big blessing that we have got an opportunity to come here because not everyone gets an opportunity to be here. So I just would like to say thank you that I’ve been part of this wonderful journey, and I’ll continue to follow all the teachings that I’m learning from here. I will not get perturbed by what anyone says about me—that I am unique, and they are also unique, and everyone is unique in their own way, in their own journey. And that it doesn’t need to be my way, how things are required. So that is something I learned, and I want to implement.
