I discovered how to improve our spiritual well-being through powerful frameworks like “Sankalp,” understanding thoughts’ impact and creating a positive environment. I also learnt ways to manage anxiety, enhance personal growth, and nurture emotional health in these changing times.
There are lots of achievements that we have all made in this life, but as we grow older, the amount of fear and anxiety keeps increasing. There is a lot of restlessness and a lack of control. Sometimes, it feels like when the children were smaller, we had a smaller world and more control. Today, we don’t have control over our health, our parents’ health, or the well-being of our children.
This is compounded by many changes happening in the world, including the challenges of the COVID era and the fear of how technology is taking over the world. While working in the technology space myself, I also sense this fear.
Recently, I experienced moments of compassion and courage. I was introduced to a technique and framework to improve spiritual well-being and health. My immediate goal is to practice this framework daily to uplift my spiritual well-being. Another takeaway was the connection between the power of thoughts—whether positive, negative, or wasteful—and how they direct our energies and efforts. Frameworks like “Sankalp” teach how to categorize and avoid wasteful thoughts, which is something I plan to focus on.
A third realization was the impact of our environment and vibrations, including those in food, water, and the people around us, on our emotions and growth. These aspects profoundly influence our daily performance and overall well-being.
These reflections over the past few days will significantly impact my personal and professional life. I look forward to experimenting with these learnings, gaining insights, and sharing results with mentors for further guidance in the coming months.
