I return to the happy state of childhood, when nothing made noise in my mind; nor had anything sad accumulated in my heart. To cultivate this pure state of being, I fill myself with the light of purity by turning to the One, the Source of purity. In silence, I experience the flow of that One’s being towards me. In this way, I become powerful with a sense of knowing and practical wisdom; I learn to recognize and then let go of anything impure.
