In the face of everyday challenges, I use my time and energy economically. I spend only the necessary time on the problem at hand – focusing on the ‘Why did it happen?’ or ‘Who is to blame?’ only weakens me. Instead, I look at the root of the conflict and focus all of my energy and attention on the solution.
