On 20 June 2026, the UN International Day of Yoga was celebrated in Central London, bringing together communities, institutions, and organizations to highlight the important role of yoga in promoting wellbeing, harmony, and positive social change.

Valuable insights on Raja Yoga Meditation and its significance in developing a focused mind, positive awareness, and elevated thinking. She also led a guided meditation on peace and love, inviting participants to experience inner stillness and explore the power of spiritual awareness in creating lasting wellbeing.
