I was facing a lot of situations in my workplace where it was getting very difficult for me to tolerate and did not know how to handle certain issues, Luckily, i got to know about the Brahma Kumaris IT conference. After coming here, i experienced that It is such a beautiful programme. I realised that everything depends on our mindset, we do not need to sit and complain about others or situations or worry about whether anyone appreciates or not, it does not really matter. Just be yourself.
From the sessions, i had a beautiful realisation of my true identity and the role of everyone else in my life. All the questions in my mind were automatically answered through these sessions; I understood how to apply meditation in practical life whether at home, work. I realised that through meditation you gain the confidence in yourself and you gain the power to change management in a good way and become an example for everyone. Meditate to be light, feel light and enjoy your life.
A simple flight conversation with Sister Shivani became the doorway to my spiritual awakening. At Brahma Kumaris, I felt the calm I didn’t know I needed. I learned to meditate and embraced pure spirituality without religious labels. But most of all, I realized something life-changing: I am a powerful soul.
