“I was searching for a long time for something different to what life was offering at the moment and one day a friend of mine invited me to the BK centre in Barcelona. I sat for a few moments of meditation and I had a very deep experience of peace and I had the thought that this was what I was looking for. This happened 12 years ago. After that I began to learn the teachings of Raja Yoga and my life changed completely.

Now every day is a new opportunity to grow, to learn, to share and to know better myself and the secrets of life. I have learned to deal with many situations with the help of this knowledge and God’s help, my new companion in the journey of life. At the moment I am based in the south of Spain where I coordinate the centers in Sevilla and Malaga.”
