If we approach them while we are also in a state of worry, we inadvertently match their low frequency, adding more heaviness to their emotional load rather than lightening it.
Imagine, instead, if we approached our loved ones from a place of high vibrational energy — a state of calm, stability, and positivity. This doesn’t mean pretending everything is fine or dismissing their feelings. It means maintaining our own emotional balance so that we can be a pillar of support without being pulled into the quagmire of worry ourselves. When we are in a positive state, we don’t even need to say much. Our presence becomes a source of comfort and strength, encouraging our loved ones to share their space with us, not because we insist, but because they genuinely seek the solace our energy provides.
The increasing presence of counselors in schools and other institutions highlights a shift in our society. There was a time when counselors were rare, but people still managed to navigate their problems, partly because families and communities often vibrated at a higher emotional frequency. This high vibrational energy, even in the face of strict or challenging behaviors, provided a form of invisible support that empowered individuals to tackle their issues.
Counselors today serve as neutral, emotionally stable figures who can maintain their vibrational level even when hearing about the problems of others. This ability to remain detached, yet compassionate, allows individuals, especially children, to feel heard and supported without the emotional burden worry can impose.
Detachment might sound cold or uncaring, but in reality, it’s the purest form of love and respect we can offer. It doesn’t mean we don’t care. It means our emotional state remains stable and supportive, regardless of the external circumstances. This stability allows us to be a true source of strength for those in pain, offering them a respite from their low vibrational state and encouraging their own emotional resilience.
The journey toward becoming a pillar of power for our loved ones starts with self-reflection and a commitment to our own emotional health. It involves identifying and working through our own low-frequency emotions — like worry, fear, anger, and attachment — and prioritizing high-vibrational qualities such as peace, stability, and unconditional love. By doing so, we not only enhance our own well-being but also become a beacon of support and empowerment for those around us.
